Ad Sizing and Instructions

The Alabama Festivals Pageant Premium Program Book, an 8 ½” x 11” full-color magazine, includes articles, bios, photos, pageant information, ads, and good luck wishes. All ads must be submitted online with payment by the deadline to be featured.

Ad Sizes:

  • Card: 4.25” x 2.75” - $20
  • Quarter Page: 4.25” x 5.5” - $40
  • Half Page: 8.5” x 5.5” - $75
  • Full Page: 8.5” x 11” - $140

Submission Requirements:

  • Submit ads online and include the business/patron name, email, ad size, payment, and contestant's name.
  • High-resolution ads are required, matching the size sold.
  • Mix and combine ad sizes to fill a page (8 card-size = 1 page, 4 quarter-page = 1 page, 2 half-page = 1 full page).

Additional Notes:

  • We do not provide ad design services. Ads will be printed as submitted, subject to minor alterations if necessary.
  • All ads are subject to approval by the director/pageant staff. We reserve the right to deny ads deemed unsuitable.

  • 3 ad pages sold and receive your Basic Pageant Entry and all Supreme Row Entries completely FREE!
  • 4 ad pages sold and receive your Basic Pageant Entry, all Supreme Row Entries, and up to 4 optional competitions FREE!
  • 5 ad pages sold and receive your Basic Pageant Entry, all Supreme Row Entries, and ALL optional competitions FREE! As a bonus, we will give you a FREE Premium Program Book.
  • 6 ad pages sold and receive your Basic Pageant Entry, all Supreme Row Entries, and ALL optional competitions, and a Premium Program Book for FREE. Additionally, you will receive a weekend pass for two door entries to all pageants and crowning ceremonies, and receive your very own on stage crowning as either Alabama Festivals Pageant Ambassador or Southeast Festivals Pageant Ambassador, and qualify for Nationals.
  • 7 ad pages or more and receive all of the above, and compete for our Ambassador Supreme Title. The contestant who sells the most ad pages in Alabama and Southeast Pageants above the 7-page minimum will be honored as The Ambassador Supreme and receive a large crown, embroidered sash, and supreme prize package & awards.
